Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead workshops and discovery sessions to align stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, privacy, payment, and security standards.

About the Role:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst in luxury travel, hospitality, or high-end ecommerce platforms.
  • Understanding of online booking, payment gateways, loyalty, and personalization features.
  • Ability to balance customer experience with technical feasibility and business goals.
  • Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro.
  • Strong communication skills to simplify complex concepts.
