Senior UX Designer: Travel and Hospitality Booking Site

The role of the Agile Business Analyst is to elicit, define, and document customer and business requirements for a premium travel and hospitality booking site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit and document customer and business requirements
  • Collaborate across teams to shape user journeys and functional specifications
  • Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and CX artefacts
  • Drive workshops and discovery sessions to align stakeholders on vision and delivery priorities
  • Ensure alignment with legal/privacy, payment, and security standards across customer touchpoints

The ideal candidate will have experience as a BA on luxury travel, hospitality, or high-end ecommerce platforms, with a strong understanding of online booking systems, payment gateways, loyalty or personalisation features. They will also have proven ability to balance CX thinking with technical feasibility and commercial objectives.
