About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Travel Advisor to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional travel experiences to discerning clientele. As a Travel Advisor, you will research, design, book and manage every detail of each trip, ensuring seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and develop customized travel itineraries tailored to individual client needs and preferences.
  • Bid on and secure travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and activities.
  • Provide expert knowledge and advice on various destinations and travel options.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, travel plans, and bookings.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to meet sales targets and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the travel industry, preferably as a travel consultant or advisor.
  • Strong knowledge of GDS systems and ability to construct airfares.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ambition and confidence to operate independently and make decisions in a business setting.
