About the Role
We are seeking an Insurance Strategy and Planning Specialist to drive our strategic planning process and support our initiatives at RACQ. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our insurance strategies and contributing to our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver the strategic planning cycle within our Insurance division.
- Engage key stakeholders and facilitate discussions that guide decision-making.
- Scope, refine, and prioritise projects that align with our strategic goals.
- Develop and implement business plans that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experiences.
About You
- You have extensive knowledge of insurance regulations and a track record of successful project delivery.
- As an innovative thinker with a keen attention to detail, you thrive in complex environments.
- Your interpersonal and communication skills allow you to influence stakeholders and present effectively to diverse audiences.
- You excel at analysing information and synthesising it for informed decision-making.
