About the Role

We're seeking an Insurance Strategy and Planning Specialist to drive our strategic planning process and support our initiatives at RACQ. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our insurance strategies and contributing to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver the strategic planning cycle within our Insurance division.
  • Engage key stakeholders and facilitate discussions that guide decision-making.
  • Scope, refine, and prioritize projects that align with our strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement business plans that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experiences.
About You

You have extensive knowledge of insurance regulations and a track record of successful project delivery. As an innovative thinker with a keen attention to detail, you thrive in complex environments. Your interpersonal and communication skills allow you to influence stakeholders and present effectively to diverse audiences.
