
Lead Director of Financial and Administrative Operations

This role oversees the management of financial calculations, administrative transactions, and claims-related activities. The successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team within Claims Operations to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team responsible for financial calculations, administrative transactional activities, and claims management.
- Develop and implement business operations processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure timely and effective delivery of financial calculations and administrative activities critical to delivering a high-performing claims management service.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve organizational goals.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, compensation, business, or management.
- Eligibility for a Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance.
- Ability to obtain character clearance (Australian Criminal History Check).
- Employee Health Declaration.
- Six months probationary period for new engagements.
