Job Overview:

The Senior Engineering Director is responsible for overseeing the entire engineering operations of a hotel's systems, plant and equipment. This role involves managing a team of engineers and ensuring that all engineering projects are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Manage a team of engineers to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget
  • Maintain relationships with external contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
  • Electrical, Plumbing or Mechanical trade qualified
  • Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
