Senior Ecommerce Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced ecommerce professional to lead our online trading operations. This role is pivotal in driving growth and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touch points.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have expertise in site trading, including product setup, inventory accuracy, pricing, and promotional execution. They will be responsible for localising the onsite experience for international markets based on geo-specific product and promotional needs.
Key Responsibilities- Daily Site Trading: Lead daily site trading, ensuring accurate product information, competitive pricing, and timely promotions.
- Site Experience: Localise the onsite experience for international markets, incorporating geo-specific product and promotional needs.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation: Drive ongoing CRO strategy through funnel performance analysis, testing, and UX improvements.
- Ecommerce Expertise: Proven experience in ecommerce, with expertise in site trading, product setup, inventory accuracy, pricing, and promotional execution.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
