Job Opportunity

Drive business growth and digital transformation in a dynamic, innovative company. Take charge of end-to-end eCommerce operations, harnessing the power of performance media, agile content creation, and influencer programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Media & Commerce Strategy: Optimize paid media across multiple platforms to boost traffic and ROI, leveraging insights to refine targeting and conversion funnels.
  • Content & Influencer Management: Lead agile development of platform-specific content, manage creators and agencies to deliver brand-aligned assets, and identify influencer partnerships for enhanced engagement.
  • Sampling & Event Activation: Plan and execute sampling events to drive trial and support eCommerce growth, aligning initiatives with broader digital campaigns.
  • Reporting & Collaboration: Track and report on digital KPIs with actionable insights, collaborate with internal teams and agencies for seamless execution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end eCommerce operations, digital marketing, or performance media within FMCG or retail industries
  • Proven track record of driving growth through digital commerce channels
  • Strong expertise in paid media strategy and execution across platforms
  • Experience leading agile content creation, influencer programs, and UGC campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional collaboration
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent project management skills in fast-paced environments
