Payroll Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Analyst to join our HR Shared Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, processing payrolls on time, and providing exceptional customer service and support.

This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be at the centre of our payroll operations across Australia and New Zealand. You will have the chance to partner with various stakeholders, identify areas for process improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Processing payrolls on time and in full compliance with legislation
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to employees and stakeholders
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in payroll administration and operations, ideally in a multi-country or high-volume environment
  • Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation (Awards, superannuation, PAYG)
  • Exceptional attention to detail with confidence handling employee data and complex calculations
  • A process-oriented mindset with a track record of driving improvements
  • Resilience in fast-moving, ambiguous environments — able to create clarity and structure
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
