">As a seasoned professional in the payroll industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, maintaining accurate payroll data, and driving process excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach payroll teams on compliance and data accuracy to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement an annual payroll audit framework, conducting proactive compliance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Act as Payroll Subject Matter Expert (SME) for audits, ensuring compliance with superannuation and payroll tax laws.
- Monitor and manage legislative changes, educating the team and ensuring compliance.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including Workplace Relations, People & Culture, and Internal Audit.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in high-volume transaction environments, with a proven track record of leading internal audit processes and ensuring compliance.
- A deep understanding of multiple awards/Enterprise Agreements and change management initiatives.
