Job Title: Plan Management Officer

About the Role:

Mallee Family Care is seeking a skilled Plan Management Officer to join our team. As a Plan Management Officer, you will be responsible for assisting NDIS participants with the management of their funding supports under their NDIS Service Plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor financial and claims management processes for Plan Management
  • Provide responsive, supportive, and timely assistance to NDIS participants
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and excellent organisational skills
  • Develop good customer relations and communicate clearly
  • Work collaboratively as part of the Administration Team

Requirements:

  • Previous relevant experience in bookkeeping with a focus on customer relations
  • Accredited qualification relevant to the position at Cert IV Level or above (Accounting/Bookkeeping or working towards)
  • Current drivers licence and willingness to travel
