About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants with the management of their funding supports under their NDIS Service Plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor financial and claims management processes for Plan Management.
- Provide responsive and supportive services to NDIS participants.
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and excellent organizational skills in managing participant information.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication.
- Work collaboratively as part of the Administration Team.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in bookkeeping with a focus on customer relations.
