Accounts Receivable Specialist Role

About Our Organization:

Teg, a global leader in sports and entertainment event promotion, is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its Finance Team. As a key member of the transactional finance team, you will be responsible for managing AR ledgers across multiple entities, reconciling transactions, and investigating variances.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage AR ledgers across multiple entities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Reconcile transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts receivable, utilizing analytical skills to pinpoint issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable or similar roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial management principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring seamless task execution and adaptability.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, fostering open communication and cooperation.
