We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to oversee the production process from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage global supplier relationships, ensure compliance and sustainability, and drive cost-effective solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in garment construction, fabrics, trims, and production processes. They will be able to analyze complex supply chain issues, identify risks, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end production across categories, from sampling to delivery.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality materials and competitive pricing.
  • Oversee the critical path of production to ensure timely launches.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with global regulations and standards.
  • Monitor and report on supplier performance, including quality, lead times, and cost.
  • Develop and implement sustainable practices and responsible sourcing initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in production or responsible sourcing within fashion/apparel.
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and production processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to inspire, mentor, and influence cross-functional teams.
