Key Responsibilities


  • Energize and motivate the Front Office team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coach and develop team members to excel in their roles and advance in their careers.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to achieve hotel goals and objectives.


About You


  • A seasoned hospitality professional with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty programs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • A strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in hotel operations software, including PMS and social media platforms.
