Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Casuarina. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the Territory Manager to coach and develop team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Engage with customers in-person and via virtual channels to build rapport and provide solutions to their needs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our store culture, promoting an empowered, result-driven, quality, and team-focused environment.
- Proven leadership experience in a retail environment, with a track record of delivering sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results.
