Join Amazon Web Services as a Cloud Support Engineer and play a key role in the success of enterprise software customers on our platform.

About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated professionals with a passion for cloud computing to join our team. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our enterprise software customers, ensuring their seamless adoption and utilization of AWS services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with experience in at least two of the following domains: Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Big Data and Analytics, Security, Applications Development. A computer science or math background is also desirable.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, provide proactive guidance on AWS services, and identify opportunities for service improvement. You will also contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, best practices, and other resources to help customers succeed on AWS.

What You'll Do
  • Provide expert-level support to enterprise software customers through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat.
  • Analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions to resolve customer problems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of AWS services, features, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles, best practices, and other resources to help customers succeed on AWS.

We offer a competitive salary of $115,000 - $165,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and more.
