**Community Care Specialist**
Are you passionate about supporting individuals in their daily lives?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Care Specialist to join our team, providing top-notch care and support to clients in the Northern Suburbs and surrounding area.
As a Community Care Specialist, you will be responsible for travelling from client to client, assisting with various services including personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation, shopping assistance, appointments, and respite.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a genuine passion for client wellbeing and health outcomes, and a Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or Nursing Certificate with accompanying academic transcript.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality personal care services, including showering and grooming
- Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Prepare nutritious meals for clients

- Support clients during periods of respite
What we're looking for:
- A Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or Nursing Certificate with accompanying academic transcript
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations
