**About your new role**:
In your new role, you will be responsible for facilitating the coordination of the residence as a community under the direction and management of the Residential Life Manager (RLM), with particular emphasis on assisting the RLM to oversee the resident wellbeing and the delivery of the Residential Life and Wellbeing Program. Some of your primary responsibilities include:

- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Residential Life Program, including, but not limited to, incident and welfare management, purchasing and administration.
- Assist the RLM in the development, implementation, and management of strategic Residential Life Projects.
- Assist in the delivery of the Residential Life Program of events.
- Participate in an on-call after-hours rotation as the primary contact for residents in relation to all situations that may arise.
- Provide exceptional service to all residents, staff, investors, visitors, suppliers, contractors, and associated organisations.
- Establish and maintain a constructive and productive working relationship with all key stakeholders.

**About You**:
You are passionate about delivering a fun and memorable experience for our residents. You will be enthusiastic and creative in your event planning - always considering the student experience. More about you:

- You will have previous experience in a similar capacity with a focus on leadership and wellbeing in a University/youth environment
- Evidence of tertiary studies that have provided the experience to fully understand the complexities of university life
- Demonstrated experience in event management (budgets, planning & implementation)
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills including ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to research and develop evidence-based programs and policies
- Current Physical and Mental Health First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
- National Police Check & Working with Children's check (required)
