We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a knack for administration and a commitment to supporting families to join our team as a Family Support Officer.

Your Role:
As a Family Support Officer, you will be a crucial part of our Performance team. Your responsibilities will include managing payments, processing invoices, handling debt management, and ensuring compliance with childcare subsidies and government enrolments. You will use platforms like Freshdesk, Xplor, and Xpay to support our operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payment and Invoice Management: Process payments and invoices accurately and on time.
- Debt Management: Proactively manage and support families with payment plans.
- Government Enrolments and Subsidies: Facilitate and manage childcare subsidy applications and government enrolments.
- Software Utilization: Use Freshdesk for task management and Xplor for childcare services management.
