We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our credit operations, drive team performance and foster long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will manage and drive performance across retail, wholesale and commercial credit portfolios.

Responsibilities\
  • \
  • Manage day-to-day credit operations in a financial services organisation.\
  • Lead teams, manage change and deliver business improvement initiatives.\
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, dealers and broker partners.\
  • Develop and mentor high-performing teams through development planning, coaching and leadership.\
  • Evaluate portfolio performance, conduct credit loss reviews and present insights to executive management and the Board of Directors.\
  • Analyse complex lending proposals and make credit decisions within your authority.\
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory obligations.\
  • Champion process optimisation and lead key projects and continuous improvement initiatives.\

  • Extensive experience in managing day-to-day credit operations in a financial services organisation.\
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in financial services compliance and regulatory matters.\
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change and deliver business improvement initiatives.\
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.\
  • A passion for developing talent and fostering a high-performance culture.\
  • Degree qualified in banking, finance, commerce or business.\
