We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Zap Fitness 24/7. As a key member of our Elsternwick club, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, approximately 27 hours per week. You will report directly to the State Performance Manager and be accountable for driving member growth and sales, care and retention, and other customer service duties as required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-end premium service to all members
  • Demonstrating passion for health and fitness
  • Utilizing intermediate computer skills to manage various systems
  • Exhibiting excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work Saturdays and some weekdays

A successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience and success in a fast-paced premium customer service role
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
