About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at SwitchCo Australia Pty Ltd. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including site teams, to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to the required quality standards, including conducting site visits and inspections.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
