Job Description

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to fill a crucial role in our operations. As a Resource Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing field resources across Power and Renewable projects nationwide.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and analyzing resource utilization data
  • Managing depot inventory levels
  • Developing detailed resource forecasts
  • Coordinating training teams
  • Implementing training plans
  • Facilitating timesheet processing
  • Oversleeping induction processes
  • Supporting HSEQ initiatives
  • Contributing to continuous improvement

This role requires strong analytical capabilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly database management and Excel skills
  • Well-developed planning and organizational abilities
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Innovative thinking and value-based decision making
  • Extensive experience in contractor industry, preferably in utility sector
