Job Description

The role of Resource Coordinator is a key position within our organization, responsible for managing field resources across power and renewable projects nationwide. This includes coordinating with Construction Managers, Supervisors, Crew Leaders, and teams throughout their project cycles, from mobilization to demobilization. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical capabilities and relationship-building skills, able to drive successful outcomes across our operations.

As a Resource Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and analysing resource utilization data, collaborating with finance partners to produce comprehensive time-writing and performance reports. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining depot inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of PPE and essential materials for project execution. Additionally, you will develop and track detailed resource forecasts, providing strategic input for project estimation and planning activities.

Key Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical capabilities, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications, with a focus on database management and Excel skills for effective data analysis and reporting
  • Well-developed planning and organizational abilities to support project delivery requirements while maintaining customer focus
  • Strong communication skills to influence and facilitate change while maintaining effective stakeholder relationships
  • Able to work from the depot at least two days per week
