Senior HSEQ Systems Administrator

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee our business systems, ensuring they remain efficient, user-friendly, and compliant with industry standards.

This role requires strong technical skills, particularly in administering digital HSEQ platforms, data analysis, and reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, driving insights, and supporting users across the business.

You will work closely with project teams, providing front-line technical support and system training to internal and external users. Your attention to detail and ability to identify system improvements will be key to success in this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administer HSEQ platforms, including DoneSafe, Power BI, 3DS, and prequalification portals.
  • Provide technical support and system training to users.
  • Monitor data for consistency and accuracy across platforms.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and insights to support project outcomes.
  • Manage and control project documentation across systems.
  • Assist with audits, contractor prequalification's, and compliance submissions.
  • Identify system improvements and assist with upgrades and new implementations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administering digital HSEQ systems, ideally in construction or infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as DoneSafe, 3DS, Rapid Global, Pegasus, Aconex, or similar tools.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Power BI, Excel, or system dashboards.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support users.
  • Competence in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and document control systems.
  • Certificate or Diploma in WHS, Business Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
