As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll have the chance to work with a diverse and dynamic caseload, ensuring variety and ongoing engagement. You'll collaborate with a supportive team, advocating for workplace adjustments to support clients' psychological and physical well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and work readiness.
  • Develop individualized rehabilitation plans tailored to clients' psychological needs.
  • Provide counseling and support to address mental health challenges affecting recovery.
  • Manage client cases, coordinating with healthcare professionals and employers.
  • Advocate for workplace adjustments to support clients' psychological and physical well-being.
  • Liaise with employers to promote mental health awareness and support in the workplace.
  • Offer vocational counseling to help clients overcome psychological and physical barriers and set career goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, holistic care.
What We Offer:
  • Salary above market ranging from $85,000 - $110,000 + Super (experience dependent) + Bonus

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counsellor
  • Full AHPRA registration or ASORC
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
