In this role, you will work collaboratively with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services. Your expertise in psychological assessments, individualized rehabilitation plans, and counseling will make a meaningful difference in the lives of your clients.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and dynamic caseload, ensuring variety and ongoing engagement. You will be part of a supportive team that values professional development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and work readiness.
  • Develop tailored rehabilitation plans to address clients' psychological needs.
  • Provide counseling and support to address mental health challenges affecting recovery.
  • Manage client cases, coordinating with healthcare professionals and employers.
  • Advocate for workplace adjustments to support clients' psychological and physical well-being.
  • Liaise with employers to promote mental health awareness and support in the workplace.
  • Offer vocational counseling to help clients overcome psychological and physical barriers and set career goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, holistic care.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or a related field.
  • Full AHPRA registration or ASORC.
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights.
  • A current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
