We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, providing support from passionate professionals dedicated to helping you succeed.


Key Responsibilities
  • Client engagement: Proactively interact with visitors, identify their investment goals, demonstrate our platform, and gather insights to enhance business development efforts.
  • Marketing activation: Develop targeted marketing campaigns to support business growth, events, and brand awareness.
  • Stakeholder & team coordination: Collaborate with marketers, designers, and mall management to ensure activations meet brand standards, compliance, and schedules.
  • Performance measurement: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and events in supporting business growth and achieving sales targets.

Requirements
  • Effective communication skills, including face-to-face storytelling and explaining finance jargon in plain English (Cantonese or other languages an asset).
  • Sales-closer enthusiasm and event-host poise, with a drive for target achievement.
  • Flexibility in fast-paced environments and adaptability with last-minute layout changes.
  • Australian working rights and 18+ years old; prior sales, hospitality, retail-event, or fintech experience valued but not required, as product training will be provided.
  • Ability to work rotating rosters, late-night shifts, and expo/trade-show weekends.
  • Independence and teamwork capability.
