Our Scheduling Operations team is shaping the future of broadcast media, and we are seeking a motivated individual to join us.
The OpportunityWe have exciting opportunities available in our regional broadcast markets as we embark on a digital transformation program. This fast-paced and varied role offers a rare opportunity to gain insight into broadcast media and advance your career in television.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and finalising daily television schedules for on-air broadcast, managing commercial breaks, and confirming that schedules adhere to industry regulations.
You will also be required to create and maintain programming information prior to broadcast, operating in liaison with other departments and stakeholders to ensure all required data is correctly placed in daily schedules.
About YouWe are looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual with strong initiative, interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with team members and build effective business relationships.
Previous experience with IBMS Content and IBMS Sales or other similar broadcast scheduling systems is preferred. Strong computer literacy and data entry skills are essential.
