Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automation Technician to join our Keysborough service team in VIC. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality field service and breakdown support to our customers, ensuring their operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert field service and breakdown support to customers across various industries.
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, including break-fix repairs, electrical installation works, and provision of offsite remote support.
  • Assist with the commissioning of projects and ensure accurate document control and billing administration.
  • Lead by example in maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to WHS protocols at all times.

Key Requirements:

  • A-Grade Electrical Licence to operate in VIC with 5+ years' experience.
  • Australian drivers licence.
  • Must have the right to work in Australia.
  • Ability to plan workload and control costs.
  • Excellent communication skills to maintain effective relationships with customers.

Technical Requirements:

  • Experience in troubleshooting using online PLC and SCADA tools across major platforms such as Rockwell, Siemens, GE, Schneider, Omron, Mitsubishi, and more.
  • Industrial electrical experience, including installation and commissioning.
  • Ability to participate in a rotating after-hours on-call roster.
