Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as an Executive in Risk Management & Surveillance. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for managing equity and derivatives trading across all exchanges.

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration and innovative thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trading & Market Operations – Assist in managing equity and derivatives trading across all exchanges.
  • Option Pricing & Risk Monitoring – Support in applying pricing models (e.g., Black-Scholes) and Greeks for risk assessment.
  • Trade Execution & Compliance – Ensure smooth execution of trades while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
  • Client Support – Address client queries and provide necessary trading assistance.
  • Risk & Limit Monitoring – Help monitor trading limits and ensure risk control measures.
  • Algo & API Integration – Assist in monitoring algorithmic trading activities and working with trading APIs.
  • Regulatory Compliance – Stay updated with SEBI guidelines and exchange regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in equity, derivatives, or financial markets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Skill Set:

  • Basic understanding of equity and derivatives markets.
  • Familiarity with option pricing models and risk assessment.
  • Working knowledge of trading platforms and APIs (preferred).
