YOUR ROLE

  • AM (8am – 4pm) shift, Mon-Fri
  • Base rate of $35.83 / hour + superannuation
  • Position governed by the CEVA Logistics & Transport Workers Union National EA.

As a Team Leader in our state-of-the-art 3PL facility, you will oversee the daily operational functions of a team of Storepersons, ensuring we meet client expectations while upholding a compliant and secure workplace environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the daily operations of your team
  • Mentor, support, and enhance the skills of team members
  • Ensure adherence to CEVA policies and procedures, particularly regarding safety.

WHAT WE SEEK

The ideal candidate will possess experience in warehouse management, including overseeing daily team activities, along with:

  • A strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and stakeholders; proficiency in computer usage
  • Preferred: LO and/or LF licenses

Along with providing proof of work eligibility and professional references, selected candidates will be required to complete a medical evaluation and a national police check.
