About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at Erskine Park NSW. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of a team of Storepersons and ensuring that we meet customer expectations while maintaining a compliant and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of your team, including AM and PM shifts
  • Coach, support and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, particularly safety protocols

Requirements

  • Experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a 3PL environment
  • Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices
  • Good customer, stakeholder and communication skills; and computer literacy
  • Bonus: forklift licence
