About the Role

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will lead and direct end-to-end project delivery across the ICT lifecycle. This involves driving planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Manage risks, opportunities, and priorities to ensure project success.
  • Produce high-quality documentation, reports, and submissions for senior stakeholders.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or related roles.
  • Strong grasp of methodologies like Prince2 and PMBOK.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Prince2 Practitioner certification.
  • AIPM CPPM or CPSPM certification.
  • Certificate IV, Diploma, or Advanced Diploma in Project Management.
