Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Quantitative Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Quantitative Solutions group, you will provide quantitative and analytical support to our Capital Structuring business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative applications using our state-of-the-art Python based Beacon IDE.
  • Analyse data and develop tools to gain insights into the Bank's exposures.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure systems and processes meet business requirements.
  • Design and develop more efficient ways of doing things.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Python knowledge and experience.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in financial modelling.
  • Familiarity with web design is useful.
  • Demonstrated experience with SQL databases.
  • Exceptional analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with problem solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and spoken communications skills.
