About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Solutions Expert to join our team in Capital Structuring. As a key member of our Quantitative Solutions group, you will provide analytical support to the Capital Structuring businesses, leveraging your expertise in financial modelling, data analysis, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new initiatives to enhance infrastructure for the Capital Structuring teams
  • Analyse data and create tools to provide insights into the Bank's exposures
  • Design and develop efficient processes and systems
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure systems and processes meet requirements
Requirements
  • Advanced Python knowledge and experience, or high levels of competence in other object-oriented languages
  • Strong knowledge and experience in financial modelling
  • Familiarity with web design is useful
  • Demonstrated experience with SQL databases, etc.
  • Exceptional analytical and numerical skills
  • Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and spoken communications skills with strong influencing and interpersonal abilities
  • A good understanding of financial markets is advantageous
  • Tertiary qualifications in a numerate, engineering, and/or IT-based discipline or relevant industry experience
