About the Role:

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position within our verticalized Marketing team, driving impactful Event and go-to-market Partnership initiatives. The successful candidate will play a critical role in end-to-end execution of event planning, logistics, and strategy, ensuring seamless operations, budget adherence, and exceptional attendee experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Event Execution
    • Oversee the planning, logistics, and execution of Partner events, Podium events, and Trade Shows, ensuring timely delivery and excellent attendee experiences.
    • Identify and implement new event formats for customers and prospects, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
    • Analyse performance data to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform future event strategies.
  • Partnership Development
    • Develop innovative Partner marketing initiatives that showcase Podium's unique features and benefits, driving new business through strategic partnerships.
    • Collaborate with Partnerships, Integrations, and Sales teams to execute and manage virtual event calendars.
    • Create compelling, bespoke content for various channels, including presentation decks, email campaigns, and direct mail communications, to generate excitement and engagement.
  • Collaboration and Brand Representation
    • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align efforts with overall company objectives.
    • Ensure consistent and compelling brand representation across all touchpoints, including design, marketing collateral, and communications.
    • Represent Podium at events and meetings, fostering relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum 2 years of Marketing experience, preferably with a background in HVAC or Healthcare Marketing.
    • A commercially-minded approach with demonstrated success in managing Events and Partnerships.
    • Exceptional project management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in event management software and CRM tools, including Salesforce.
    • The ability to strategize and implement critical campaigns from ideation to launch.
    • A deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing functions, funnels, and digital marketing strategies & tactics.
    • Experience within the automotive industry would be advantageous.
