We are seeking a Product Specialist to lead the product line efforts ensuring alignment with customer and market demand, and achieving sales growth, within the industrial and manufacturing sector. Based in Croydon, this role requires strong expertise in product strategy and market positioning.

Description

  • Develop and implement product strategies that align with market demands and business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, pricing, and discontinuation, identification of gaps in product offering, and sourcing supply opportunities within their global network.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend adjustments to optimise results.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to provide product training and support.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on product performance and market analysis.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment across projects.

Profile

A Successful Product Specialist Should Have
  • Proficiency in product performance analysis, pricing and market analysis, and lifecycle management and product sourcing.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams and present findings effectively.
  • Adept at problem-solving and decision-making based on market insights.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Offer
  • A competitive salary ranging between $90,000 and $110,000 AUD, plus super.
  • Permanent full-time role based in Croydon.
