About the Role:

As a Delivery Risk Manager (Chapter Lead), you will lead a team of skilled professionals, aligned with industry standards, to drive transformational ways of working—enhancing speed, efficiency, and agility across delivery practices.

You will oversee the allocation of risk advisors and consultants across platforms and centres of excellence, while ensuring maintenance of standards, principles, and best practices that empower your team to be masters of their craft.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Delivery Risk Chapter
  • Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams of risk advisors and consultants
  • Drive capability building, coaching, mentoring, professional growth, and performance
