About the Role

The Central Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Improvement Manager to join our multidisciplinary Cancer Program team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the standard of care and driving quality improvement initiatives across our health service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and support on patient safety, accreditation, and risk management processes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business improvement projects that drive quality and safety outcomes
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to manage specific work portfolios and coordinate key projects
  • Implement programs that drive improved outcomes for patients and clients
About You

We're looking for a dynamic leader with a strong nursing or midwifery background who can inspire and drive positive change in our healthcare environment. If you have a passion for fostering staff development and enhancing patient engagement, we want to hear from you.

  • APHRA registered Nurse/Midwife with extensive post-registration experience
  • Proven leadership skills in communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
  • Strong ability to manage projects and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Knowledgeable about healthcare legislation, standards, and quality improvement systems
