Quality Improvement Manager

About the Role
The Quality Improvement Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the standard of care within our multidisciplinary Cancer Program team. Drawing on clinical expertise, this position will provide invaluable support and guidance on patient safety, accreditation, and risk management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Take accountability for the outcomes of clinical management practices, addressing discrepancies between established protocols and actual practices.
- Contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture that prioritises safety and quality in patient care.
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders to manage specific work portfolios, coordinate key projects, and implement programs that drive improved outcomes for patients and clients.
About You
We're looking for a dynamic leader with a strong nursing or midwifery background who can inspire and drive positive change in our healthcare environment. If you have a passion for fostering staff development and enhancing patient engagement, we want to hear from you.
- APHRA registered Nurse/Midwife with extensive post-registration experience.
- Proven leadership skills in communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Strong ability to manage projects and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Knowledgeable about healthcare legislation, standards, and quality improvement systems.
