Job Summary

The position of Construction Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of our organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing project time management from planning to execution and delivery.
  • Driving strategic planning, process efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Managing financial performance including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and profitability across all construction projects.
  • Negotiating key relationships with contractors, OEMs, suppliers, and clients.
  • Providing strong leadership and mentorship to a team of 7 direct reports.
About You:
  • You are a proactive, solutions-focused leader with deep operational expertise and a background in construction.
  • You have a hands-on approach and a strong ability to lead people and manage complex projects with multiple moving parts.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in senior operations or construction management roles.
  • A solid background in construction with a strong grasp of site operations, building processes, and project execution.
  • Experience managing budgets, tracking financial forecasts, and helping projects stay profitable.
