Job Title:

F&B Manager with an interest in Functions and Events

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled F&B Manager to oversee our seasonal venue, Tilly's Garden. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Food and Beverage department, ensuring seamless operations and efficient service delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and optimize operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an F&B Manager or equivalent role, preferably in a similar industry setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team
  • Detailed knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • A valid Unrestricted Approved Manager card, RSA, and Food Handlers certificate
