Located in Piara Waters, the CY O'Connor Precinct is home to five unique venues including a bustling pub and a cocktail bar. We are on the lookout for an exceptional individual with a passion for everything to do with beverages to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a valid Unrestricted Approved Manager card, RSA, and Food Handlers certificate. They will also possess amazing customer service skills, charisma, and an energetic attitude.

We require someone who has extraordinary bar skills and a love for making amazing beverages. Additionally, they should have experience supervising and training other F&B attendants.

Key responsibilities include working alongside the Precinct Manager and Group Beverage Manager to develop the Precinct Beverage Program for the pub, steakhouse, bottle shop, and seasonal event space Tilly's Garden.

The successful applicant will curate menus for our various venues with beverages in mind and upskill and train the team in their beverage skills.
