We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to support Australian Defence Force personnel who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries.
This is a vital role in supporting the recovery of individuals, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop holistic care plans tailored to each individual's needs.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional capacity evaluations and worksite assessments, to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals to create and implement effective rehabilitation plans.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
