Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert supervision and mentorship to junior team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
  • Contribute to service development, clinical governance, and quality improvement initiatives, driving continuous learning and excellence within the team.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Demonstrated experience (minimum 3 years) in dysphagia assessments and adult communication therapy.
  • High-level clinical documentation and reporting skills, with the ability to prepare outcome-focused reports.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership capabilities, with a proven track record of mentoring and supporting colleagues.
