Job Title: Regional Manager - Eastern Europe/Balkans

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to drive the growth and success of our brand in Eastern Europe and the Balkans. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase our market share and revenue in these markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in Eastern Europe and the Balkans. Develop and implement a comprehensive regional strategy to drive growth and increase market share.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of local representatives to ensure effective execution of regional strategy and achievement of targets.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and local partners.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on regional performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Brand Representation: Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and product offerings. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote brand awareness and build relationships.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cryptocurrency or financial services industry.
  3. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of Eastern European and Balkan markets, with a proven track record of success in driving growth in these regions.
  4. Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  5. Business Acumen: Proven ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
  6. Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
  7. Language Skills: Fluent in English and at least one Eastern European or Balkan language.
