We are seeking an experienced Broker Development Manager to join our team at Great Southern Bank (Formerly CUA). As a key member of our Chief Customer Office, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our purpose of helping all Australians own their own home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a structured call plan to build excellent B2B relationships with a portfolio of brokers.
  • Provide commercial support and business solutions to brokers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Monitor processes to achieve continuous improvement and deliver outstanding broker and customer outcomes.
  • Manage and evaluate escalated issues, providing guidance and making recommendations as needed.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in banking/financial services, with a strong background in residential home loans.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in implementing structured call plans.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or Banking-related subjects (desirable).
  • Relevant lending qualifications and knowledge of financial services Codes and Acts.
